Because what we have built together, with the support of our donors, families, volunteers, and friends, allows us to ask an important question: How do we carry this care, this commitment, into the future?
Looking ahead means ensuring that our village remains a place of safety and purpose for residents, especially those who have no family or financial means. It means maintaining homes that are warm and dignified, nurturing meaningful work through our enterprises, and continually upgrading aging infrastructure so that it serves residents well for years to come.
Reflecting forward also reminds us that progress is not always loud or fast. Sometimes it looks like consistency. Like showing up. Like choosing, again and again, to invest in people rather than outcomes alone.
